The day marina features a boat launch and eight individual boat slips – allowing multiple families and guests to enjoy the lake at once, with plenty of room for loading and unloading of passengers. Adjacent paved parking is available for resident and guest boat trailers. 

The day marina also provides residents and their guests easy access to all Brown’s Landing amenities, making it a convenient rendezvous point for families, groups, and guests to meet throughout the day.

If you are new to lakefront living, rest assured. We will teach you the ropes in boating, fishing, and sailing, by offering various classes and expeditions throughout the year.

Gather at the pavilion.
Creating memories of lakeside gatherings is easy at Brown’s Landing. We provide the amenities to host events large or small, whether it is a family reunion, friendly get together, or corporate outing. Our pavilion is the perfect place to gather.

This 1,500 square foot pavilion has a fireplace, his and her restrooms, and a buffet area for serving large parties. It is centrally located on the property, with convenient access to Amelia Bay, the fire pit, walking trails, and day marina – making it a great spot for group members to rendezvous throughout the day.

Enjoy picnic areas and walking trails.
Brown’s Landing has been designed to accommodate multiple families at the same time. Smaller groups may enjoy one of the terraced picnic areas while another group occupies the pavilion. There are plenty of areas for all to explore, from the park area and marked walking trails to the fishing pier and marina.

Relax around the fire pit.
There is nothing quite like gathering around a crackling fire to end a perfect day at the lake. Whether you share the experience with extended family, a group of co-workers, or a special someone, the memory will not soon be forgotten. Our fire pit is available to all residents and their guests, and is easily accessible to the lake, pavilion, and walking trails.

Become a part of a community.
Brown’s Landing is linked with the Homeowners Association. This bond ensures that you and your family will be living in a safe and friendly atmosphere. Members will be able to enjoy the ambience and activities offered at Brown’s Landing from community picnics and sailing classes to our annual Fourth of July Parade.
